Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Growpad (“the Service”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms. If you’re entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

Growpad is a decision-support tool that connects to your Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and HubSpot accounts to identify search-intent clusters driving qualified pipeline. We generate recommendations; you decide whether to act on them.

We do NOT:

• Execute changes in your connected accounts automatically.
• Guarantee specific business outcomes from our recommendations.
• Sell, lease, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. If you lose access to the email you signed up with, contact support - we can verify your identity through alternate means and restore access, but we cannot recover an account whose owner cannot be authenticated.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect. We process it only to provide the Service (see our Privacy Policy). You can download a copy of your data at any time from Account › Export your data: your account, workspaces, connection settings (without sign-in tokens), sync history, audit evidence, recommendations and your feedback on them, notifications, webhooks and audit log. It leaves out the search, analytics and CRM records we copy from your connected accounts; those stay in Google and HubSpot, where you can export them directly, and tables in the app have their own Export CSV buttons.

By default we keep raw API payloads for 90 days, normalized metrics for 2 years, and reports indefinitely until you delete them. You can change these windows for a workspace in Settings › Retention: metrics from 7 days to 5 years, raw payloads from 7 to 180 days. When you delete your account, we keep the data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then delete it permanently.

5. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Use it to analyze data for which you lack authorization.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, confidence gating, or access controls.
• Resell the Service without written permission.

Violation of this section is grounds for immediate suspension.

6. Fees

Billing is not live yet. Until it is, early-access accounts have no fees and no plan limits. When billing goes live, the plans on the Pricing page apply, starting with a 14-day free trial, and we’ll email you at least 30 days before any charge. No account moves to a paid plan without accepting it. For plan questions, book a call from the Pricing page.

7. Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not contractually guarantee it for Early Access customers. Enterprise contracts may include a separate SLA.

Maintenance windows announced 48 hours in advance via email and in-app banner.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000 if no fees were paid (Early Access). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or gross negligence to the extent such limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination:

• Customer data is marked for deletion and kept for 30 days in case you change your mind.
• Customer can still export its data during those 30 days.
• After the 30 days, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

10. Changes to these Terms

We’ll notify customers of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and Customer consents to that jurisdiction.
