Recommendations: lifecycle, evidence, and bulk actions

How to triage the recommendation queue, what each lifecycle action does, and when to bulk-dismiss.

Each recommendation has its own row on /recommendations with a lifecycle dropdown. Lifecycle actions are audited — your team can answer 'who marked this useful and when' from the Audit log.

Lifecycle states

  • Open — newly generated, unreviewed.
  • Scheduled — you committed to acting on it. Pick a date; the Weekly Decision Brief reminds you.
  • Useful — implemented or otherwise valuable. Counts toward your ROI signal.
  • Dismissed — not relevant. Won't regenerate from the same evidence for 14 days.

Bulk actions

Filter the queue, then use the bulk-actions toolbar to mark-useful or dismiss every visible row. Schedule is per-recommendation because it requires a date. Bulk applies to the FILTERED set — re-confirm before clicking.

Evidence Appendix

Every recommendation links to the queries, pages, and sessions that informed it. Open the card and scroll: anything tagged 'Why this' is the evidence trail.
