Data Quality
Tells you whether the audit's evidence is trustworthy. Coverage below 60% on any source means clusters and recommendations get suppressed — usually it means one of the integrations is filtering rows you didn't intend (e.g. GA4 with a too-aggressive bot filter).
Pipeline Diagnostic
The funnel as we observed it: queries → sessions → key events → deals. Stages that are clearly out of band against your industry baseline get a red dot.
Opportunity Matrix
Recommendations bucketed by effort and expected impact. Start at the top-left (high impact, low effort) and work right.
