Two scopes of export: per-surface CSV (most common) and full account/workspace JSON (GDPR Article 15/20).
Per-surface CSV (G2.2)
Look for the 'Export CSV' button at the top-right of each table. Available on Queries, Intent Gaps, Recommendations, Audit log, and Behavioral segments. The CSV is RFC 4180-compliant with a UTF-8 BOM so Excel on Windows recognizes it without import wizardry.
Workspace export
Settings → Metadata → Export workspace returns a JSON file with every row attributable to this workspace. Use it for migrations or external warehousing.
Account export
/account/data returns everything we hold about your user across all workspaces (GDPR Article 15 + 20). One JSON file; takes a few seconds for typical accounts.
